I'm a software engineer with several years of experience in both technical and managerial operativity.

I have a growth mindset and I'm very strategical and pragmatic in my decisions.

As an Engineer:
- My speciality are high-performance web services and SaaS system architectures, but I also love full-stack web technologies (Backend for Frontend patterns).
- I have a very wide knowledge of all the web stack (Client / Server) and I'm proficient in various programming languages.
- I love modern frontends patterns and architectures (React / Microfrontends) but I don't follow tech trends just because everyone does.
- I'm an active open source contributor and creator (also off-work), you can find my projects in my GitHub (@lastguest)
- I've trained and mentored many coworkers in best practices and software engineering skills

As a Manager:
- I've helped growing my team with technical mentoring, career paths and best practices training.
- I've also helped companies solve their technical issues and create a strong engineering culture in their development teams.
- I was the first Principal Engineer and CTO of a fast growing Digital Agency in Italy.
- I ensured technological vision and problem solving among senior managerial coworkers, board members and customers tables.


I also love gaming, Japan, cats and traveling.
